The LAMY Z28 converter lets a Safari, AL-Star, Joy or LX fill from a bottle instead of a cartridge. Twist the knob to draw ink, and every bottle on our ink wall becomes an option for the pen you already own.
A Safari or AL-Star comes with a cartridge, not a converter, so this is the piece most new LAMY owners need first.
For the LAMY Studio, use the Z27 converter instead.
